हर रोज मैं ये सोचता हूँ,
इतनी देर क्यू है लग रही?
है कल का कुछ भरोसा नहीं,
क्या मैं सफल हो पाऊँगा कभी?
पर निराशा से बड़ी होती है उम्मीद,
हार न मानने की है मुझ में है जिद !
एक बीज ही तो बनता है वटवृक्ष,
कभी नज़रों से न हटने दो अपने लक्ष्य !!
संयम और मेहनत ही ये तय करेंगे,
कि तुम कोयला रहोगे या बनोगे हीरा...
माना कि हर इंसान के पास निश्चित समय है,
ठान लो तो कुछ दिन ही बहुत है,
नहीं तो हजार ज़िंदगियाँ भी कम है !!

Only patience and hard work will decide,
